Publication Ethics

EduTech Systems & Analytics (ETSA) is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. The journal adheres to internationally recognized guidelines, including those established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), to ensure transparency, quality, and credibility in scholarly publishing.

1. Responsibilities of Authors

Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
All sources must be properly cited, and appropriate credit must be given to prior work.
Plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification are strictly prohibited.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data presented.
All co-authors must have significantly contributed to the research and approved the final version of the manuscript.
Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of their work.
If significant errors are identified after publication, authors must promptly notify the editorial office for correction or retraction.

2. Responsibilities of Editors

Editors evaluate manuscripts based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Editorial decisions are made independently and without discrimination based on nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, or personal beliefs.
Editors must ensure a fair and unbiased peer review process.
All submitted manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents.
Editors must not use unpublished material for their own research without the authors’ explicit consent.
Editors are responsible for taking appropriate action in cases of ethical misconduct.

3. Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and provide constructive and evidence-based feedback.
Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information about the manuscript.
Reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest and decline the review if necessary.
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.

4. Ethical Standards

ETSA does not tolerate plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unethical research practices.
All submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection tools.
Research involving human participants or animals must comply with relevant ethical standards and include approval from appropriate committees.
Data transparency and reproducibility are strongly encouraged.

5. Misconduct and Corrections

In cases of suspected misconduct, ETSA will follow COPE guidelines to investigate and resolve issues.
Corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern will be issued when necessary.
Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to cooperate fully in any investigation.
