Author Guidelines

EduTech Systems & Analytics (ETSA) requires authors to prepare their manuscripts following the official journal template and the structure described below. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and aligned with the journal's scope in emerging technologies, intelligent systems, data analytics, and gamification.

1. General Structure of the Manuscript

All manuscripts must follow this structure:

  • Title
  • Authors and affiliations
  • Corresponding author
  • Abstract (max. 200 words)
  • Keywords (3–10)
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusions (optional)
  • References

2. Title and Authors

The title must be concise, clear, and descriptive. Author names must include full name and institutional affiliation. One corresponding author must be indicated, including email address and optional contact information.

3. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract must be written as a single paragraph (maximum 200 words) and should include:

  • Background
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions

Keywords must include between 3 and 10 relevant terms related to the manuscript.

4. Introduction

The introduction should present the research context, significance, and objectives. Authors must include relevant references and clearly state the purpose of the study.

5. Materials and Methods

This section must provide sufficient detail to allow replication of the study. Authors must describe methodologies, tools, data sources, and experimental procedures. If applicable, ethical approvals and data repositories must be included.

6. Results

The results section must present findings clearly and concisely. Subsections may be used. Figures and tables must be properly labeled and referenced within the text.

7. Figures and Tables

  • All figures and tables must be cited in the text.
  • Use clear captions (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1).
  • Figures must be placed near their first mention.

8. Discussion

Authors must interpret the results in relation to previous research and highlight their significance. Limitations and future research directions should be included when relevant.

9. Conclusions

This section is optional but recommended. It should summarize the main findings and contributions of the study.

10. References

ETSA follows the IEEE citation style. References must be numbered in order of appearance and formatted consistently. DOI links are strongly recommended.

12. Ethical Considerations

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
  • All sources must be properly cited.
  • Conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

13. Submission Format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Authors must use the official ETSA template.

Authors are required to submit a cover letter along with their manuscript. The cover letter should briefly describe the contribution of the work and confirm that the manuscript complies with the journal's policies.
