Peer Review Process

EduTech Systems & Analytics (ETSA) follows a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scientific integrity of all published articles.

1. Initial Editorial Screening

Upon submission, all manuscripts undergo an initial evaluation by the editorial team to verify their alignment with the journal’s scope, formatting requirements, and ethical standards. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected without external review.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review

ETSA uses a double-blind peer review process, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process to ensure impartiality and objectivity.

3. Reviewer Assignment

Each manuscript is assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers are selected based on their academic background, experience, and absence of conflicts of interest.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on the following criteria:

Originality and contribution to the field
Scientific and methodological rigor
Clarity and organization of the manuscript
Relevance to the journal’s scope
Quality of references and supporting evidence

5. Review Outcomes

Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editorial decision may be one of the following:

Accept without changes
Minor revisions
Major revisions
Reject

6. Revision Process

Authors receiving revision requests must submit a revised manuscript along with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments. Revised manuscripts may be re-evaluated by the original reviewers.

7. Final Decision

The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ recommendations and the overall quality of the manuscript.

8. Confidentiality

All manuscripts and related materials are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers and editors must not disclose or use unpublished information for personal purposes.

9. Ethical Considerations

The peer review process adheres to ethical standards and best practices. Any suspected misconduct, conflict of interest, or ethical issue will be handled in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policy.
